Seaside Window Cleaning – Reservation Deposit Policy

Thank you for choosing Seaside Window Cleaning. To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect both our clients’ and team’s time, we require a deposit to confirm all appointments.

Why This Policy Matters:
When an appointment is missed or canceled without enough notice, it leaves a gap in our schedule that can’t easily be filled. This results in lost income for our team and delays for other customers. A fair deposit policy helps us operate more efficiently, reduce disruptions, and avoid raising prices unnecessarily for everyone.

1. Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure your window cleaning appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

• Residential Services: $100 flat-rate deposit
• Commercial or Large-Scale Jobs: 25% of the estimated total service cost

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances—such as emergencies or serious illness—may occasionally interfere with scheduled appointments.

• If you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be carried over to one rescheduled appointment.
• If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if we cannot access the property, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

4. Weather-Related Rescheduling
If unsafe weather conditions prevent us from completing your service, we will reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit to the new date.

5. Deposit Conditions

• Deposits are valid for one rescheduled appointment only.
• Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
• Deposits are non-transferable to other individuals or services.

6. Agreement
By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.
