Seaside Window Cleaning – Reservation Deposit Policy
Thank you for choosing Seaside Window Cleaning. To ensure efficient scheduling and to respect both our clients’ and team’s time, we require a deposit to confirm all appointments.
Why This Policy Matters:
When an appointment is missed or canceled without enough notice, it leaves a gap in our schedule that can’t easily be filled. This results in lost income for our team and delays for other customers. A fair deposit policy helps us operate more efficiently, reduce disruptions, and avoid raising prices unnecessarily for everyone.
1. Deposit Requirement
A deposit is required to secure your window cleaning appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances—such as emergencies or serious illness—may occasionally interfere with scheduled appointments.
4. Weather-Related Rescheduling
If unsafe weather conditions prevent us from completing your service, we will reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit to the new date.
